JUST TERRIBLE! I asked for my hair a certain way and showed them a picture and yet they did not do my hair to a desire! Then I told my mom and my mother tried to get them to fix it...and the owner started an argument with my mother. Completly unprofessional! If you want bad service get your hair done here. I wasted $150 on hairstyle that I dislike with a passion! This is a warning; This shop has bad service do not get your hair done here.
This place is HORRIBLE! I would never go here. The people have a nasty attitude. I went in to get a wash, after the lady told me over the phone that I could come in right now, I did so, and the lady told me no I could not come in after saying stuff back and forth to each other! Don't waste your money on these people! EVER! I wouldn't even if I was in major need of something done. If I could give ZERO stars, that's what they would receive!
This salon is a horrible business. I went to get my hair micro braided June 7, 2012 and my braids already look a month old. They did the front the size of a regular micro braid but the back and the middle are the size of box braids. I told the owner Tenin because she is the one who braided my hair that she needed to braid past my hair because it's in its natural state and is curly. This place was awful!! It was the worst salon experience of my life!! The job was mediocre and the customer service was horrible!! The owner of the place , Tenin, who is the main person that braids hair in the salon was rude. First she kept having to leave while braiding my hair, then she brought in her daughter, who I am pretty sure was NOT licensed to help with my hair.
