Poor attitude
I would strongly recommend that you don't come to this rehab center, very poor attitude, and very poor service. Probably the worst service of all the doctor offices I had visited. Very disorganized with minimal communication between providers. The receptionist was very unprofessional, she didn't know how to check online referral for UHC, insisting that I needed to call my PCP to fax over the referral. Make sure they are clearly confirm your schedule first before going there. The receptionist is not good in English even if you try to confirm with them in their own language. They will overbook their schedule and make you wait despite confirming with your schedule!
