ordered a water heater from this company. it does not work, they have not responded to communication
This company is run by very polite and kind people however I have to warn others: DO NOT BUY PROPANE OR NG WATER HEATERS FROM THIS COMPANY. I rarely ever write a review but they do not test the gas water heaters and after contacting Rinnai customer service they concluded there was no way to fix the heater I bought from here and that internal components most likely had to be replaced and they couldn't even instruct me how to do that if I wasn't a licensed gas technician.
