I absolutely love my Doc, but the billing processes for this company comes up short. They sent me a bill for $17 dollars on April 18th and a second bill on April 23 threatening to send me to collects if I didn't pay it immediately or call to work out payment arrangements. Are you kidding me, a 5 day delay and they are threatening collects for $17 dollars. Here's a news flash for you, people today don't write checks.
