For nearly a year I struggled with non stop, unexplained itching all over my body. Thank you for everything Dr. Kraus. I came to her as a kind of last resort to heal my hormonal acne, but I ended up healing my whole body. In the months prior to my first appointment at Tenet, my doctor and dermatologist had me on multiple rounds of antibiotics, but nothing worked. This gal may be great at her practice I never was able to find out. I scheduled an appointment yesterday for a time today. This morning I emailed her to let her know I was in way more pain than usual today and could not make the hour round trip drive and that I would need to reschedule. I had hoped to hear back to set a new time but instead no call only a emailed receipt for the entire cost of the consultation. She justifies this as a fee for not cancelling within 24 hours.
