My grandpa was admitted here about a month ago for therapy because he is recovering from a surgery for an infection he had in his spinal column. Tendercare gave him sub-par treatment - wouldn't motivate him to do his exercises, didn't make him get out of bed, and didn't even move him to prevent sores and skin discoloration. My mother has been here on 3 different stays over the past 3 years. I have watched and was pleased with the level of care she received. I have had my "ears" out at all times and have NEVER heard a raised voice from the staff, even with the most difficult of patients. The staff is always polite, helpful, respectful, from the CNA's to the nurses, to the social workers, to the theapists. A truely helpful facility. Clean, bright, cheerful place. I would hightly recommend it!

My mom has gone through months of rehab at this facility. She loves the place and is highly complimentary of the staff. Highly recommended.
