Our experience with Tender Care was deeply concerning. My father has Lewy body dementia and needs constant care, so my mother was looking for a group home to meet his needs. We met with the owner, Mashal J. Bajpai, who provided an estimate based on information alone—she had never met my father. I worked here for a short time, but this place is a wonderful place to work. Mashal and Rajah make you feel like you’re apart of the family and the staff are all so kind and take such good care of the residents. 100% recommend this place to everybody!
This home is not only on beautiful property, but also clean, accommodating, and welcoming. Mashal and her team pay attention to detail, truly care for their residents as if they were family and go above and beyond. I’ve had the privilege to work at Tendercare and it is truly a unique home. Owners Raj and Mashal are intimately involved with each client, providing an exceptionally safe and comfortable home. Paint Creek runs through the property attracting deer, turkey, and heron which can be seen through the large windows in each room. The meals are home cooked, the home is exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. This is a wonderful place if you’re looking for care for your loved one!

Mashal, Raj, and their wonderful staff are very dedicated and loving to the care and personal needs of their residents.
