The front staff is very kind, efficient and welcoming. We are transferring from a different vet and Tender Touch had all of our pets information before their appointments and knew exactly what they needed, we didn’t have to do any paperwork when we got to the appointments. The doctor was also very kind and knowledgeable and really cared about our dogs. It’s a much better experience than our previous vets office. I highly recommend Tender Touch small animal hospital!
I was nervous to take my newly adopted anxious reactive dog to the vet for the first time and Tender Touch went above and beyond all my expectations. They are always patient and kind with my puppy, always making sure she’s comfortable before doing any exam. Getting an appointment is always prompt and all of the staff is so caring and thorough!
every single member of their staff has been the utmost kindest and amicable in their interaction with myself and my dog, and have made the experience of my dog as non stressful and positive as is possible
