Our pets could not be in better hands. You don't have to wait weeks for appointments and procedures are always followed up with a call to check in and make sure there are no additional concerns or issues. The staff is friendly and professional, and most of all the love the pets under their care.
There's one male tech here who on 4 separate occasions has been a little rough with the anal thermometer on my poor kitty. One of the times he had it in her for almost 2 minutes before he realized he never turned it on. Most of the other people are nice but I won't be coming back because my cat is traumatized.
