Overall, we are so pleased with the care and support from Tender Rose in Marin. From the onset, Mila was so helpful managing my husband’s care and all the logistics of long term care, payment, etc. The Tender Rose caregivers are so knowledgeable and kind. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Tender Rose’s care was for our father and for my brother and I too. They truly care about their clients. They took care of my father through all the phases of dementia until his passing. It allowed my brother and I to have a father/child relationship instead of being the caregivers - a gift and blessing! I contracted with three other agencies and tried their staff before finding Tender Rose Dementia Care in San Rafael. My husband is relatively young (70), but diagnosed 24 years ago with Parkinson's. His cognitive decline worsened over the last few years and he was finally diagnosed with dementia. Due to relative good health, his Parkinson's is under control and he's fairly mobile. Tender Rose took care of my mother and father and before they passed away and then also of my mother-in-law. each of these assignments was challenging and Tender Rose met the challenge. I really don’t have enough good things to say about them.
