We have been with TOTS since 2020, when we were in search of a clinic that could offer intensive PT & OT services. Since then, we have completed around 7 intensives and continued weekly services after that. Our daughter has thrived and made incredible gains with the guidance and experience and level of care that the TOTS therapists and providers have given her. She LOVES coming to TOTS each week. My 5 year old son went through speech therapy at Tender Ones Therapy for the past 18 months and we had a wonderful experience. Emily was absolutely excellent and she did a great job keeping us in the loop on what he was working on and gave us homework and reminders to help him. Without these, I do think he would still be in the program. I also hear that some places never "graduate" kids so they just keep going and going and going. Not at tender ones.
