The location is convenient. What I don’t like is that they price-gauge their customers. I have a 10lb mini schnauzer. They said she needed three shots and quoted me a price for the shots and wellness visit. I said OK. AFTER I paid, they said they could only administer two shots on the first visit due to her size. I was instructed to bring her back the following week for the third shot. I did, and they charged me an additional $55 wellness check fee for the third shot. My older dog Penny has quite a bit of fear and anxiety when it comes to Vet visits. So much so that it has been years since she has been able to get routine care. We recently came in for a follow up after some emergency care and TLC has changed her completely. They take her anxiety concerns so serious that we were able to set Penny up to be comfortable and relaxed during her check ups. She’s like a completely different dog. Cannot recommend enough!
Dr Pepin and her entire staff has always made us feel at home. They are are so welcoming and extremely compassionate. Yes, there are great vet's out there, but not like TLC. I have been with them for many years, and cannot imagine our pets being loved, cared for and made very special with another veterinarian. These guys are the best! I drive 40 min to go to them, but they have treated my cats wonderfully. Dr. Pepin is an excellent vet, and her care has helped my cats live their best lives.
Very pleased with my experience here. Staff is friendly, caring and organized. I liked that the doctor didn’t push unnecessary treatment or tests. Also liked that you wait in your car until they’re ready with your room, my cat appreciated not having to wait with a bunch of barking dogs. :) Will be back for sure!
