I noticed my cat had something wrong with her eye she could barely open it and it looked like it was filled with fluid. I ran around trying to find somewhere to take her, I didn’t have an appointment I walked up to them praying for anything. They immediately let me in and said they would see her. Dr. Pepin has been our vet for quite a few years. She is a compassionate and trusted professional who takes time to get to get to know your pet. She listens to any concerns and always presented options without pressure. She has never rushed through an appointment. Dr. Pepin and her staff treated my Mr. Max Pesto like their own. We have been clients of Doc Peppin for over 20 years. My family has instilled our trust in her that our beloved animals were in the best care we could give them, and they were. We don’t get treated like clients we get treated like family and our pets now and past have loved her care. We have been lucky to have her!
My family and I have been bringing our pets to Dr. Pepin for what feels like forever. She and her staff are incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. Every appointment she gives her undivided attention and you can tell she genuinely wants the best for every client who walks through her door. Additionally, the app is easy to use to schedule appointments, request prescriptions, or just to ask questions. Dr. Pepin is truly the best there is out there :)
