A very caring and loving staff. They will always make you feel at home here and they will give you multiple options for your furry child instead of strong arming you like some other vets.
Very happy with our outcome as they have help care for our two doggies multiple times. Also, Dr. Pepin listens to all concerns and have always moved above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests.
They are great and Dr. Pepin truly cares!
The location is convenient. What I don’t like is that they price-gauge their customers. I have a 10lb mini schnauzer. They said she needed three shots and quoted me a price for the shots and wellness visit. I said OK. AFTER I paid, they said they could only administer two shots on the first visit due to her size. I was instructed to bring her back the following week for the third shot. I did, and they charged me an additional $55 wellness check fee for the third shot.
