Dr. Pepin and her staff are caring and go above and beyond to make sure your pets are taken care of. We called looking for an appointment and they got us right in. She had surgery the following week d/t the pain she was in. We are so lucky that we found her and will be taking all of our animals to her practice in the future.

Nacho and Colby love coming to TLC! Dr Pepin spends time going over any concerns or questions we have! The app is easy to use and the office is quick to respond with scheduling and what not. The staff are super friendly and treat my dogs like they are their own.
We came to Dr. Pepin because we have two senior cats that are both 15+ years old with kidney disease. Our oldest cat, Frisky, was misdiagnosed by another Medina veterinarian as having 1-2 bad teeth. However, his actual diagnosis was resorption disease, which resulted in him needing to have all of his teeth removed.
