I've had tender hearts and was happy at first after I find out that they're ripping employees off and because their app that people got to punch in and out of is not right and if I have my way I'd be suing them and reporting to the better Business bureau for bad company and treating the employees badly for ripping off employees the manager Kari is not a good manager she takes forever to get back to anyone and she lies to the employees and there clients and lies to the state of Minnesota I would not recommend this business fo... read more

Had a few PCAs and got a really good match. Have been really good about getting a hold of me if going to be later than expected or if needing to come a bit early. My babies (cats) really get along with the PCA that I am working with. This is a real big plus. Has no problem if I need something to pick it up for me. Have had a lot more plus than negative for the time that they have been with me. The only problem basically is if a new pca has to cover because of a health thing going on with regular pca.
