Terrible cruel treatment to a client. Owner lied to me about a client not wanting a visitor. They have staff tell lies also and client is being neglected and denied phone calls or visitors. I responded for you below because this is what you will say. I am sorry you feel that way towards myself, my family, and our business. My wife and I do know know you nor have we ever met you. We also reviewed our security cameras the night of your complaint and it does not show you visiting or being at our facility.
