. Very disappointed with the rude lady Yahaira, the office manager. She double charges people then gets rude and angry. The vet was a nice lady but Yahaira ruined any positive anything. YAHAIRA is in it for the money,Not the pets. MOST EXPENSIVE VET EVER
!!!DO NOT GET THE PAW PRINT MEMENTO!!! My cat was 13 years old and very sick. I knew it was her time and took her to Tender Hearts. Long story short everyone was really nice and empathetic about the situation. They even offered to make a paw print mold for me. After a few days I went back to pick it up and it was so horrible I called to ask what options I had. The paw print isn’t clear. The writing is ugly and everything is off center.
