I have been going to Tenderheart since its first opening. They have provided such great attention for my dog with "special needs" (aggression, anxiety). I would highly recommend them. We have never had better attention for our dog anywhere!
we have been going to Tenderheart for YEARS now and by that I mean, they were there through the death our beloved Baby Man Hobson, and the adoption of our new puppy Max, and all in between, we currently have 3 babies now and there is no other place that has shown my family and our pets more love and concern than they have, all the from the front desk, the techs, to the Dr. Woods, I know they have our babies best interest at heart!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You for what you have done and for being there for us
I have been bringing my 2 Chihuahua's to Tender Heart for the last 5+ years and have never had anything but professional and exemplary service from everyone at the office. We have always been given written quotes prior to any procedure performed and the costs have been accurate to the quotes. Dr. Woods and Dr. Byrnes have treated us with nothing but respect. We're happy to have found such a wonderful service in our area that treats our pets like their own.
Took my puppy into this clinic for her regular puppy vaccinations and on the first visit I was told they "recommend" a vet check ($50) 3 times during the first 16 weeks of the dogs life. Today I went in for her final set of shots and the vet decided that they "require" the vet check in order to give her her shots, now mind you I have no problem paying the money so my problem isn't that.
