Micromanaging As soon as you mention what they could improve on they do not like you and they freeze you out . Upper management needs to improve their processes . Too much busy work that is unnecessary . No work life balance. Just because upper management does not have a life does not mean the other employees don’t. Stay away. Not family oriented. As I had a family issue that was quite serious and no one not even HR ask how things were going.

I worked for Adventure Ready Brands through Salelytics. When I joined the team the two other people quit, and I was left to basically train myself! There was soooo much to fix, clean up, and update within the system we used to log interactions with customers! Each of the thousands of customers have their own account profile and the previous account managers definitely slacked on what they were supposed to do…(this was all on Salelytics NOT Adventure Ready Brands)But within the time I worked there for 3years I fixed it all on... read more
