Steer clear, the admin staff here is toxic. No customer service and they accused me of asking them to falsify documents. I asked them to send me an invoice my pet insurance would accept. The vet and rehab person were great but only saw the vet twice.

We're so grateful for Dr. Rob Willard and the Staff at TCVC. Our kitty Chloe started showing some changes in her behavior about 6 months ago. With the help of Dr. Rob, we were able to understand and help Chloe through her feline senility. Chloe was a part of our family for more then 14 years. She was a sweet and loving kitty. We are forever grateful for the care and compassion that TCVC has given our pets over many years. We just moved to the area from out of state and our dogs needed their annual wellness checks and vaccines. Tender Care Veterinary Center was recommended, and it was pretty close so we made an appointment. We met with Dr. Amy, and she and her team spent plenty of time with us going over our concerns. This was the opposite of the assembly line feeling we had at 3 other offices out of state, that made us feel that might be the norm. And the price was far less than we expected. Extremely happy, would highly recommend.
