No training at all and you will get blamed for everything. You will chart up until 8 or 9pm and be expected to take so much on for “Medicare quotas” or they will put you part time instead of full time. They will not help you if you need it and you won’t get a raise or bonus at all. I had no life outside of work. They will also wait until you send in a resignation letter due to the stress and people being bullied by older staff and they will fire you without notice. They have a problem with keeping providers in a home they change my gramothers providers. They will come a few times then not show up we are not notified by anyone I have to call to fond out and then told they will find some one. Once before it was over 2 months before she got anyone.
