I was very pleased that my sick parakeet was able to be seen on short notice, and the veterinarian was helpful, patient and understanding. She diagnosed the problem and helped me decide what the best course of action was, and after reaching the decision to euthanize the bird, she offered words of comfort. And a week or so later, I received a condolence card signed by everyone on staff. What a kind gesture!
