The first person I spoke with, Jacob, was helpful, understanding, and took the time to explain options I didn’t know existed, including therapy support within daycare settings. At that point, I was navigating a new autism diagnosis for my son and trying to find the right balance between childcare, therapy, and work, so that initial support meant a lot.
