I love getting my hair done here. Since I’ve moved to the Bronx, I’ve been trying to find a place that would do hair really good and I found the perfect place. Staff is friendly, understanding and realistic. My hair always comes out perfect♥️♥️♥️
They completely ruined my hair! I went in for a wash and cut and showed a reference photo and a past picture of what i wanted the cut to look like. I gave all the additional info such as length, things I wanted differently, etc. She completely ignored everything and cut my hair how she liked and cut WAY too short. I trusted the process because she did my hair good before but after seeing what my hair actually looked like after wasn't worth what i payed and definitely not what i asked for!! I will be requesting a refund!!
