Update 7/1/26: Sadly, I’m updating this review from 5 stars to 1. Honestly, I’d give zero if I could. I used to really like coming here for routine dental care, but I will never go back. Long story short: their specialists were out of network, and that was not disclosed to me until the day of my procedure. They charged me over $2,000 and when I checked the claim they submitted to my insurance, I noticed they had charged me $500+ more than what was submitted and months later, I still have not received a refund. I have been going to this office for three years, but have decided to switch dentists as the quality of patient care at Tend has materially decreased over the last few months. Apparently hygienists are now seeing roughly twice as many patients per day, causing them to rush from patient to patient and leading to long wait times.

I hate to give Tend 2 stars because I’ve genuinely loved them for routine dental cleanings. But recently, I had an infection from a bad root canal done elsewhere, and Tend told me the tooth needed to be extracted. I was shocked and scared, but they assured me they had onsite oral surgeons and endodontists, so I could get everything handled there.
