Little shop of nightmares (both billing and dentist, see both points). Overall, Tend got me back to the dentist after not going for a few years (so kudos to their model). That said, this location raises several flags and has now been more hassle than it's worth. I just received a bill for several thousand dollars for work done in 2024. They literally say in their communication - our billing can take years, and alert me I will still continue to receive bills for prior work done in 2024 and 2025. My experience with this practice began very positively, when they initially opened. Unfortunately the quality of service has declined over time. The clinical staff were once consistently professional and attentive. More recently, I have observed conversations and gossip occurring during patient care that I found distracting and inconsistent with the level of professionalism I expect in a healthcare setting. I want to thank Tend for providing an outstanding experience for my special needs daughter. The technician and dentist took the time to work with her, make her comfortable, and help her have a successfully visit. This isn’t easily achieved and it took their caring and thoughtful team.
