Hired Tench when I had a sewage leak under my mobile home. They replaced the pipe, was asked for them to wrap the pipe and put heat trace. They claimed to have done all this. Included in their invoice it says they “inspected the pipe insulation, all good. Looked at heat trace, found heat trace working properly”. Suddenly last week my bathtub wouldn’t drain.
