Work order signed for 3 hours, invoice charged for 5. Second technician’s work order sent only after payment. No advance notice about second technician’s hours or truck fee. No refund or resolution offered. I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of transparency and poor customer communication.
The team who came to us at 429 Westwood Drive was amazing! They were so polite and respectful that this is our home. The installation was so quick because of the materials they used. We highly recommend this company! Dave and Gisele
A threat to public safety and sanity. Illegally collaborated with my landlord to try to get me to pay for AC repair. Refused to book an appointment with me until I, the renter, gave them my credit card info - later we talked to the Residential Tenancy Board who confirmed this was illegal, if the broken AC was our fault (it was not) then our landlord would still pay and we would reimpose them. A farce of a company. Likely a front for something much more sinister (though the service they provide is sinister in itself). I’m not going to outline the horror of dealing with this “company” as they’ve already wasted enough of my time. If you are a person who enjoys the feeling of joy I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere Addendum: the service person sent to us was lovely and helpful. All our problems occurred prior to service being received
