I’m giving 1 star because the young receptionist was excellent, not just to me, but to every client I saw her interact with. Unfortunately, was not as expected. After my child’s X-rays were taken, the assistant told us the doctor would be in shortly. However, the doctor never came. The assistant returned, clearly uncomfortable, and explained that my child is fine for now and does not need braces at this time, which I appreciate.
