My apartment at 127th under Striver's management flooded 9 times from the rain. Each time I was gaslighted with the excuses by their weekday contract staff and management that it was because of leaves getting in drainage. It was not, I had a structural engineer family member look at it. My apartment was not the only one, multiple apartments above and below me had the same issues. I recently moved into one of the apartments maintained by Tenant Concierge, and the entire team was phenomenal. Mario, Juan Carlos, and Milton handled the turnover and even helped me move my personal items into the apartment. Mary Luz took care of the cleaning, and her work was exceptional. I truly recommend their services, and I’ll even be signing up for weekly cleanings with Mary Luz in my apartment.

Have had several issues in my apartment, and every time Tenant Concierge was dispatched they were on time, and fixed the problem correctly the first time. Very happy that the owners of the building use them.

These guys are pretty bad. The broker Andrei Zaharia lied to us, for example about heat being included in the rent. They don't repair things for us, unless it's a trivial easy fix.
