Terrible place to get services .. they are a level based system and price gouging For the price I paid of one stylist I could of gone over to next person for less than that doing same exact service Also horrible place to work Have a friend that was there and not only is the whole HR team toxic but they have no respect for their employees and stylists If you dont fit in you will be terminated no matter how hard youve worked Team doesnt want to be held accountable or answer any questions

I went there to get a special that they were running with color wash and style. One the instructor was rude, disagreeing with what I was telling him I wanted and then I left unsatisfied. I understood that color could not lift color but he could of use the color I was trying to tell him and it would of lighten my hair. Instead he wanted to bleach it and put highlights. He also told me that I can't take my business to J*********** where the student prior did my hair. I explained I had an interview the next day and I could not ... read more
