I have yet to find a more difficult dentist to work with in my 40+ year life despite my husband having a dental emergency. Due to a clerical error, Horizon Blue did not include my husband on my dental insurance but promised to fix it asap and sent over a proof of coverage. The dental office refused to accept it and after a week I stayed on the line with Horizon Blue so their representative can inform the dental office on what has transpired and also promised to fix it within 24/48 hours.
