Based on my experience last year, I found Tenacity a difficult practice to work with and would not recommend them for psycho-legal or psychological testing services. The practice seemed disorganized to me, and I found it difficult to have my case move forward in a timely way. This lack of organization was concerning on its own, but given the power dynamic inherent in a psycho-legal assessment, it undermined my confidence in the neutrality of the assessment.
