Excellent place for kids to get some energy out and parents to get some fitness in. I mostly do pt and yoga and don’t get any judgement for my low and slow approach.
I have a membership largely for Petra’s exercise and dance class—it’s a nicely balanced mix of stretching and movement, with zero pressure to overdo it. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone hoping to add some enjoyable, accessible movement to their weekly routine. The class is 5 stars, the gym is nice but overall 4 stars.

Absolutely was blown away with this gem. Was recommended this place as a indoor activity for the kids and it lived up to the hype. It gave me kids a fun space to climb and jump and hide. They even made their own floor is lava obstacle course with tumbling/gymnastics mats.
