I have lived here at Ten 45 Suwanee for sometime.The leasing staff and maintenance have been very nice and accommodating the outside property is kept up really well but the breezeways and steps are filthy and could really use a heavy pressure washing regularly and the entry gate has problems from time to time. If I have deliveries they can't get in even using the gate code I have to go to the gate to get my items. And the neighbors above me have no consideration for people who live below them constant very loud heavy walking... read more
