I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this place has really gone down hill and I would like to inform you before you lease… Old management was great, the place really started going downhill about a year ago keep in mind I’ve been living at these apartments for over 3 years. They have roaches, the gates never work, management is never there there in the back of their office gossiping or doing whatever they are doing and always “on tour”. I have lived here for three years and this place has always felt like home. Even with the change of management, they still go above and beyond to assist me when they can. Leasing manager FORGED my name on move in moveout doc checking off everything was ok upon move in and it wasn't. Asset Management charged us 3K in fees after moveout claiming damage. Wrote certified letters, called and emailed leasing office and corporate, NO RESPONSE. They then proceeded to turned us over to collections. Had to file a police report, CFPB, State Atty Generals Office and FTC complaint to try to get a resolution. I may even contact the new stations next, this is ludicrous!!
We’re so grateful, the property is beautiful and the management staff was very helpful. I loved every place in the building and I’m very pleased to live in that complex. Thank you Libny, Lilian for your support.
Ten45 Suwanee treated us with the utmost love and care. It was such a pleasure moving back into this complex as they really assisted us with all of our needs. My husband and I were moving back from the West Coast to Georgia, where we previously lived at this complex; and the staff cared for us thoroughly and understood our every need. They were accommodating and explained everything thoroughly with ease in being able to assist from signing paperwork to getting the keys. The apartment was very clean and we were very impressed... read more
