I came to deliver a package there for a resident this morning and the woman at the front was very cold and not very helpful. Her attitude was like I was bothering her when I just let her know that the resident wanted his package in the locker. On the other hand the man that works there that drives the carts was very nice and helpful and held the door for me. He had better professionalism and customer service than the one who is out front.
