Update as of May/2026 I'm a 4yr resident. Updating my review because we have all new property manager and office staff. The company has streamline positions. I have not interacted much but everyone seems very nice. They smile and do the job but unlike before we don't have many community events or social activities so you don't interact with them as much. Would be nice to have a social gathering. It's STILL a very nice place to stay. Now rent is on the higher side but I would have to move to get less for less. Maintenance sta... read more

Excellent experience! Great facilities, liked the layout of the units I looked at. Most importantly, liked the staff.
I lived at Ten45 for about 8 months in Building 2000 (1st floor facing the parking) and unfortunately my experience led me to break my lease. The main issue was mold in my unit, specifically in the laundry room. I had to contact maintenance twice. The first time, they simply painted over it, and within a few days it came back worse and continued spreading.
