I have lived at Ten31 apartment complex since May 2023 and there have been numerous problems since we have moved in. Some of which have been addressed, but each took a lot of emails or leasing office visits and had slow response rates. -We have had water coming up through the floorboards in the kitchen. It was due to a faulty water heater and did get remedied, but I suspect that there may be mold because the water was allowed to settle for a lengthy amount of time.
