Worst maintenance and management. Never ever responds and manipulates the requests saying they were addressed! They say they value our time indeed they do not , just hind the call once residents move in! I have been living in hot summer with no AC for one month long and there was no one responding! And I cannot even lock my doors they are so hesitant to fix that. I recommend management should be retrained on giving importance to residents and their time
I loved my time at Ten31! I rented between summer of 24 and summer of 25. It was a great first apartment! I am thankful for the year I spent there. You can tell the staff is working VERY hard to remake the complex. It’s fun to see the construction going on. I can’t wait to see how they grow over the next few years! The balcony was my favorite part. If I could change anything.. it’d be better plowing and remodel of the outdoor storage. Thank you for a great year!
Excited for the new pool
Great place to call home. Daily grounds, newly renovated. Manager Jon professional, "UPLIFTING" a great personality, a go getter. Maintenance and Team is always working hard, as professionally to do good work. Clean and nice.
The phone is never answered. Applied to an apartment and had to email asking if I was accepted meanwhile kept getting emails to pay the holding fee. When I was told I was denied the manager said the screening company could provide me with a free report of what was ran. I asked for the name of this company and how to contact them and all he told me was to contact the credit bureau…
