Top tier event design.
My order arrived damaged. The shipping took 5 weeks to get to me. I requested shipping date, I was informed it was shipped on September 5 by UPS. On September 12th UPS stated has label and is still waiting for package from company. Many emails were sent for updates on package. No response on some emails very unprofessional. When received today sign was broken. I had a bad experience with this company. All they can say is sorry and I will file a claim with UPS. Company didn’t even off a refund or offer to replace it.
