I have been living at the property since 2023 and loved it. I resigned my lease in June only to find out two weeks later the building was sold and construction was starting. It is now UNLIVABLE. It is always dusty, noisy, and there are a lot of strangers with keys and access walking around all the time even on Saturdays. Hi! I moved out last week because the building was bought by a developer & the leases will not be renewed…..but I loved living @ 10 Wine Lofts. I will miss living here & the beautiful property:( It was my favorite place I’ve ever lived and a hidden gem in Oldtown. Andrea and Mike keep up the GREAT work & I appreciate you!
