We had hired this company and reached out several times regarding our wedding. We were told that the owner Rick has passed away. The $900 deposit we put down was never refunded. The attorney hired by Rick’s family said that Ten Twelve is insolvent.
Paid for our wedding and haven’t gotten a response, they stole our money.
We booked Ten Twelve Entertainment for our original wedding date in June 2020, unfortunately having to reschedule twice since then. With the need to reschedule our wedding again, I sent an email to Rick, Melissa, and the general info email, only to find all accounts have been deactivated. We were not informed about the company ceasing to exist, and I would not have known about Rick’s passing had I not Googled the company. My fiancé and I read all the reviews on Google, theKnot, and WeddingWire about how excellent this company was etc. We spoke with the owner Rick (who seemed like a great guy) and paid in full his services for our wedding date. (November 28th) Unfortunately, we found out Rick passed away prior to our wedding...Now I can't imagine how tough it is to lose someone unexpectedly like that, but we've been trying to contact this vendor for 5 months straight to try and figure this out and haven't received a call/email/or text back. Melissa and Rick made this day very special with great music and commentary but most of all with ease. They handled everything making it a very stress-free process even same day when we requested some last minute changes. Great music choices to get everyone up and dancing and really followed our requests on what to play and what not to. Highly recommend!
