I been here since March n in the beginning I did enjoy it until recently when new people moved in. Let me tell you how rude they are all hours of the day n night walking around heavily with heels n throwing furniture sounds waking us up out of sound sleeping.
We loved at Ten Trumbull for six months in 24/25. We enjoyed our time there. The apartment was well appointed, modern and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the amenities at the complex. We used the gym regularly as well as the pool, game room and movie theater. The lobby was a beautiful with plenty of seating and a lovely fireplace that was always going in the colder months making it a nice spot to relax. We loved the staff. Fire trucks coming here twice a week due to alarms going off from resident’s neglect. Office sends emails expecting everyone reads them. Find another place to live.
You can hear the plumbing in other apartments, I was staying there and they said I couldn't use the pool. Not to mention someone died here! The front is always broke. TERRIBLE PLACE!
The amenities are nice, but the buildings are not well built nor properly spec'd. I use to live at Ten Trumbull and had to leave because the new property manager refused to meet with me after her staff rudely removed my and my small children's property from the pool area without my permission because I wasn't wearing a pool band.
