Fire trucks coming here twice a week due to alarms going off from resident’s neglect. Office sends emails expecting everyone reads them. Find another place to live.
You can hear the plumbing in other apartments, I was staying there and they said I couldn't use the pool. Not to mention someone died here! The front is always broke. TERRIBLE PLACE!
The amenities are nice, but the buildings are not well built nor properly spec'd. I use to live at Ten Trumbull and had to leave because the new property manager refused to meet with me after her staff rudely removed my and my small children's property from the pool area without my permission because I wasn't wearing a pool band. I must say when you first see Ten trouble you think you’re living in a luxury apartment, but that is far from the truth. I’ve been living in my apartment now for the last five months and have yet to see the luxuries that this apartment offers. It is now winter in the very cold season and my Heat won’t stay above 60. I am not sure why that is. My fire alarm & smoke alarm go off at all hours, especially 2 AM when I’m sleeping.
