I was very happy to purchance different types of tea here in Ten Ren tea shop. The quality of tea and service was amazing, serving you a cup of tea initially if you hardly start choosing a tea. Wendy the staff introduced the age and definition of the tea, told you what benefit does tea give to maointain health wellness, that was so friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommended this tea store to everyone!. 店長瓊姐和員工Wendy非常的友好。耐心的告知茶葉的等級和功效。非常推薦！

The salesperson is very aggressive. I mentioned that I have trouble sleeping if there is caffeine and was skeptical of getting Osmanthus tea mixed with oolong. I mentioned like 5 times that it's important the caffeine has to be near zero otherwise I can't sleep. The salesperson kept pushing and said oolong shouldn't be problem. I have just been learning about tea and this was the first tea shop I visited to buy Green tea for a gift and to try some for myself. I asked for green tea and the employee recommended and sold me Pu-erh tea. I asked more than once if it was a green tea and the two employees said yes. I had no reason to fact-check them in the shop and purchased the teas to later learn this was not green tea.
