Got here for a walk in and was told they had someone available for a walk in. Waited 30 minutes while asking multiple times if the water could be turned on so my feet could soak. Dont say your available for a walk in if the person has to wait 40 minutes. The person who was supposed to do it didnt say he had a full set of nails that was going to take another 20 minutes. I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Throughout my visit, several employees spoke in their native language while looking at my feet and laughing, which felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. It was clear they were making fun of me, and that kind of behavior has no place in a customer service setting. if i could put negative stars i would. all of my cuticles are bleeding and my nails are all different lengths. i usually don’t care for the detail but all around horrible job done, prices may be cheaper here but do not waste your money. also took the man forever to figure out how to make it the butterfly stickers on my nails. after years of being in service how are they still open.

If i could give them an 11 out of 10, I would! Beautiful nails at a GREAT PRICE! They also do Wax!
