Currently working outside of Essex. Pulled up to the stop sign and the dude was like this the ENTIRE time. Didn't once look up, didn't say anything, UNTIL the pilot car showed up 10min later. When the pilot car got there he continued to look at his phone and said GO, all while the sign must have been too heavy for him to turn because he didnt even change it from stop to slow.
