I was really impressed with Jay. He went through a list of auto parts I needed and knew that he had them in stock. Then he provided a quote within the hour at an amazing price. He really understood my need to get the parts quickly to fix my vehicle.
I will say this, for a younger company compared to these other auto wreckers these guys are well versed and know exactly what they're doing. We've bought 3 engines, 3 transmission, multiple differentials and other vehicle components within this past year off these guys because we rebuild vehicles and remarket as a family. Jay you are incredible when it comes to helping. I've not only purchased but learnt alot from you. thank you
This is a scam. I bought a defective accessory and they don't respond to calls or emails. They won't refund my money, won't offer warranty, and even the returned accessory doesn't fix the problem. Do you dare tell all your customers how to fix it? I bought an accessory and it has a problem, but now they won't refund my money, give me points, or return the accessory. They're just making these excuses and won't fix it. What a scam company!
Very bad business. Bought the transmission in March, there was a strange noise, found 4 mechanics to confirm that it was internally broken. Did not agree to return the product. Agreed to return 70% in April. But it has not been returned by July. Now they deliberately don't answer the phone. Rubbish business. Don't be fooled again. 17/07/2025 note I contacted Ten Point again, but they haven't provided any clear explanation for how to resolve the issue in three weeks.
