Best pharmacy for customer service. The guy on the line did all he could to help clarify an insurance problem with my prescription for me to receive it and explained everything very well. This was after I had just had a bad experience with another "large brand pharmacy". Thank you guys! update: it's been a year and they are still excellent!
Ten Oaks Pharmacy is truly one of those rare small-town gems that you don’t realize you need until you experience the level of care they provide. When my child was very sick and needed a steroid prescription urgently, Walgreens told me it would take three days to fill it. Feeling desperate, I called Ten Oaks Pharmacy, and they immediately stepped in to help.
