Poor leadership, management and employees could not pass a drug screening if it were required by the company the way it used to be!
The employees are very nice! I am a truck driver. I was picking up a trailer today (Saturday) and the trailer had two tires that were almost flat. Because it was Saturday, I knew it could be a long time before I could get a repair truck or some kind of help. An employee by the name of David was working and told me about an air hose around the corner of the building he even set it up for me and was really going the extra mile helping me.
