Absolute Scam. Charged my insurance over $1,200 for lab tests. They were not in network for my insurance and I did not know where my test was being sent to by my primary provider. I got a bill for over $470 and when I called them, they were gracious enough to drop it down to $150. If I would’ve just paid the $470 they would’ve taken the money and run. Have issues with ordered test being cancelled. Lab staff is unable to follow simple direction, such as DO NOT FAX TEST RESULTS OVER AND OVER! Recently the fax bombed ayears worth of results, not once but twice! How can yu be that stupid? I am realy asking.

Most accurate testing had 2 other labs test and found nothing this lab found an infection I otherwise would have been in the ER. Doing gods work.

I went to TEN healthcare to get CoVid tests on two occasions to meet testing standards required for travel. Both times, it was a very easy process from start to finish. The online scheduling tool was easy to use, and getting the test was easy and quick (less than a 2 minute process). I was notified with my results very quickly - the same day (as my test was early in the morning). Would definitely recommend this location for CoVid testing!!
