I would highly recommend Ten Bears LC. We purchased a home they built about a year ago. We have found very few things that have needed attention or minor tweaking over this past year. The few times we have called them for help they have always responded quickly and completed the work in a short time. Many times you hear that once a developer builds and sells a home, you have a difficult time getting them to return for repairs.
