Difficult to reach when having issues. My security unit was attempted break in at least 4 times. My lock was damaged and had to replace. When emptying storage there were so many bugs and rodents that most of my clothing and soft stuff was beyond ruined. I had no food or perishables in the unit so no clue why they were there. Definitely renter beware.
