Maintenance team refuses to repair things. Management doesn't care there have been multiple assaults near or in the pool areas. Vehicles have been stolen. management states nothing or acknowledges anything. They nickel and dime you to death with BS charges like parking fees and package locker fees.
I have been living here for 3 years now. When I first moved in the heat was out for 3 months during the winter. It took contacting the major news outlets to get management to fix the issue. Fast foreword to today 8-19-2024. A/C has now been out for 4 weeks. Management seems to not want to repair or replace it (window unit). Decent place for the money just don't expect anything to get repaired any time soon. the maintenance teams is total garbage.
