Still haven’t heard nor received anything about my deposit refunded back to me. I have call ample amount of times and texted to get to the bottom of it but no call back or response.

The venue has ac, and its nice and clean. We enjoyed ourselves. I paid over $2k for the event and sent a video of what I wanted. I got partial of what I wanted. According to the invoice, everything was supplied. I was told they would come and fix anything not up to my liking, but it did not happen. I was told the gas station next door allowed parking, but they do not. They actually made people leave. All in all,.we had a good time and thats what matters. The location we chose was the one in Mt. Holly/Gastonia and it is a great place to hold a smaller event. I dealt with Shaun from start to finish and he was fantastic the whole way through, even with needing to move our event out. We opted in for the decor package as well and he/his team did a good job.
