On time, little waiting. Excellent communication from Doctor and staff
I've recently been diagnosed with Lyme disease and was referred to Dr. Chavez for treatment. He came in, listened to me, went over my transferred medical records and jumped right to it. Wasted no time getting me where I needed to be. He was very straight forward and very knowledgeable. My husband and myself were very impressed. I will be under his care for a little while now and I look forward to it. For a long time I was afraid nobody would be able to fix me, now I actually have faith.
Terrible experience, 1 hour wait in his empty waiting room, another 45 minutes in the exam room. Finally shows up and we get one word answers to our questions. Made it clear he wanted to be somewhere else. After exam he walks right out with no words..just leaves. Had to wait for blood work tech was on a personal phone call.Results were not even ready a week later. Three weeks later, still has not sent them to my primary care doctor. Saw another doctor for a second opinion, found things he missed
