i'm currently experiencing massive shipping issues for a couch i ordered off temu. i've used them before and never had problems so i felt comfortable making a larger purchase. temu support is of no help, i have spent far too much time using the chat and on the phone with support with absolutely no help. they make a ticket and then never reach back out to you. whys it so cheap? because 50/50 you get your item i guess. spend more money at a more reputable company.
