I have been trying to get a.refund since almost right after I ordered and have been trying for over a week I will never recommend this sight it's nothing but a scam wanting to charge people to speak to anyone

Temu has treated me at a merchandise now three times and I am finished with them completely. Their customer service department is horrible yet alone you’re lucky if you can even communicate with them. No more business with Temu from me.

I have been shopping online with Temu, for several months. Recently, I've noticed that you can place a order , you will get a confirmation email, then a day later you'll get a cancelation, or a email saying your ite. Will be refunded etc? I've been experiencing this everyti everything i order now? I find this discouraging and upsetting! You talk with customer service or get a email saying you'll be getting a refund for the items? This company is comfortable with using fraudulent promotional advertising. This morning their site had me spin a wheel and it landed on a section stating I won 100 dollars cash and al I had to do was download the app to claim my prize. I took a picture of it and a 10 second video. Got on their site and 2 customer service representatives and they give me the run around that I get coupons to buy stuff.
