A very cool excursion from our cruise ship had us flying to the top of a glacier in Juneau and going dog sledding. Temsco was the helicopter company that flew us up and back giving us some opportunities for excellent views of the glacier as we flew over it on the way and down. .

Temsco Helicopter in Skagway wasn’t effectively providing. If you’re a crew member waiting to get on the helicopter, they’re gonna make you wait in stand-by list for a long time. No matter if you’ve been waiting from 11 in the morning until 1 in the afternoon. They still would put the guests first on that helicopter, even if they come very late. TEMSCO SUCKS!!!! USE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER! They stuck my wife and I in the back seat sandwiched between two others at the window seats. We were made to feel like CARGO! Two more passengers were in the front. EVERYONE had great views EXCEPT us! I asked if I could switch on the way back, and they said no. We had NO good views. Everyone's weight was similar. This company does not care about customer satisfaction. $1050 RIP-OFF
