Temsco saved my Alaska helicopter excursion by adding us in when another company canceled us at the last minute. Thanks to Aspen on the phone to help us get to experience landing on the glacier. It was an incredible experience, and Griffin was definitely entertaining and helpful on the ice. I'm grateful and I loved the entire smooth operation. This was one of our highlights on our Alaska vacation.

Wouldn’t recommend. Shop around. Was on the glacier for 20 min. Could only walk maybe 30 feet in any direction. The “walk” was just standing around. $500 for 20 min on a helicopter and 20 min standing next to a flag. No thank you. Everything is ran by 20 year old kids. Even the pilots!

Charging $100 for being three pounds over the weight limit is ridiculous. I was truthful about my weight and out of 30 people I was the only one to get weighed. I know there were other people over 250lb on those helicopters. Just falsify your weight, because if you say you weigh 150lb - then it must be true! Would never recommend this company.

No stranger to flying in helicopters. I understand safety first and cancelling a flight due to weather. Friendly staff but why weren’t any options presented to us? No option to wait to see if the weather would turn for the better. No option to fly the Mendenhall glacier walk, which were not cancelled. Much rather had the chance to fly Mendenhall or wait to see if the weather would clear up a bit, first, instead of being put back on the van and receiving a refund. Severely disappointed and pissed off on how they handled this.... read more
